By accessing this website, placing an order, purchasing a product, or using any product sold by Strictly Business Motorsports LLC (“SBM”), you acknowledge and agree to the applicable Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Returns Policy, manufacturer requirements, warranty provisions, and other policies posted on this website.

AFTERMARKET AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCTS

Strictly Business Motorsports LLC sells aftermarket automotive parts, performance products, suspension components, body and aerodynamic components, accessories, and related products manufactured by third parties.

Aftermarket products may differ from original equipment manufacturer (OEM) components and may require professional installation, modification, adjustment, fabrication, trimming, sanding, drilling, cutting, filling, alignment, or other preparation to achieve proper installation and the customer's desired fit and finish.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, aftermarket products should not be assumed to provide OEM fitment.

Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility, vehicle application, dimensions, specifications, and intended use before ordering and before installation.

PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION

Strictly Business Motorsports LLC strongly recommends that aftermarket automotive products be inspected and installed by a qualified professional familiar with the particular product and vehicle.

Do not paint, modify, cut, drill, install, or otherwise alter a product until you or your professional installer has inspected and test-fitted the product and confirmed that it is acceptable for the intended application.

Installation, modification, painting, or alteration of a product may affect return eligibility and manufacturer warranty coverage.

OFF-ROAD / COMPETITION PRODUCTS

Certain performance, racing, emissions-related, or specialty products sold by Strictly Business Motorsports LLC may be intended solely for off-road, competition, racing, or show-vehicle use and may not be legal for use on public streets or highways.

It is the customer's responsibility to determine whether a product is legal for the intended vehicle and use under applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Strictly Business Motorsports LLC does not authorize or encourage the unlawful installation or use of any product.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES & PRODUCT DEFECTS

Strictly Business Motorsports LLC is a retailer and reseller of products manufactured by third parties and does not manufacture most products offered for sale.

Manufacturer warranties, defects, blemishes, fitment claims, and similar product issues are subject to the applicable manufacturer's policies and approval procedures.

When appropriate, Strictly Business Motorsports LLC will provide reasonable assistance in directing customers to the applicable manufacturer. However, the manufacturer retains the right to approve or deny claims made under its warranty, defect, or fitment policies.

PRODUCT PHOTOS, DESCRIPTIONS & SPECIFICATIONS

Product photographs and images may be supplied by manufacturers and may be used for illustrative purposes.

Manufacturers may revise designs, finishes, packaging, specifications, materials, hardware, or other product characteristics without immediately providing updated photographs or information to Strictly Business Motorsports LLC.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product information but cannot guarantee that every photograph, description, specification, or image will reflect every manufacturer revision.

Customers with questions regarding a specific product should contact us before ordering.

PRICING & WEBSITE ERRORS

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate pricing and product information. However, typographical errors, incorrect pricing, inaccurate shipping calculations, inventory discrepancies, or other website errors may occasionally occur.

Strictly Business Motorsports LLC reserves the right to correct such errors and, when appropriate, contact the customer before proceeding with an affected order.

An obvious website, pricing, product-description, or shipping-calculation error does not obligate Strictly Business Motorsports LLC to complete a transaction based upon incorrect information, subject to applicable law.

SHIPPING & FREIGHT

Many products are shipped directly from manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, or third-party warehouses.

Strictly Business Motorsports LLC does not directly control third-party warehouse processing times, carrier pickup schedules, freight transit times, weather delays, or other carrier-related circumstances.

Customers receiving freight or oversized shipments are responsible for following the inspection and damage-reporting procedures contained in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

SHIPPING CHARGE APPROVAL

Shipping charges may vary based on the manufacturer, warehouse, package dimensions, destination, freight requirements, or carrier requirements.

If additional shipping charges are required after an order is placed, Strictly Business Motorsports LLC will contact the customer with the revised shipping amount.

Additional shipping charges will not be collected, and the affected order will not proceed, until the customer approves the revised shipping amount.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Eligible orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already shipped and is not a special-order, made-to-order, custom-built, or otherwise non-cancellable product.

After 48 hours, orders cannot be cancelled.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the applicable Shipping & Returns Policy.

Special-order, made-to-order, and custom-built products cannot be cancelled once confirmed and submitted for processing.

LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Strictly Business Motorsports LLC is not responsible for costs or damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, racing, competition use, unauthorized modification, incorrect vehicle application, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or installation performed by an unqualified person.

Strictly Business Motorsports LLC is not responsible for labor charges, installation costs, removal costs, paint or bodywork expenses, vehicle downtime, towing, storage, rental vehicles, loss of use, or similar expenses arising from a product issue unless expressly agreed to in writing by Strictly Business Motorsports LLC or required by applicable law.

Nothing in this Legal Notice is intended to exclude or limit any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
