IMPORTANT PRODUCT & OFF-ROAD USE NOTICE

Many products offered by Strictly Business Motorsports LLC are intended for off-road, racing, competition, or show use only.

Performance modifications and motorsports activities involve inherent risks. Installation and use of aftermarket performance products are undertaken at the customer's own risk.

Strictly Business Motorsports LLC assumes no responsibility, express or implied, for mechanical, electrical, or other failures resulting from the installation, modification, or use of aftermarket performance products.

Certain products may not be legal for use on public streets or highways in some states or jurisdictions. It is the customer's responsibility to determine whether a product complies with applicable federal, state, and local laws and is appropriate for its intended use.

CONDITIONS OF USE

Your use of this website constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Placement of an order also constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Strictly Business Motorsports LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions as permitted by applicable law.

ORDERS & ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Receiving an electronic order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of an order or confirmation of our offer to sell.

Strictly Business Motorsports LLC reserves the right to accept or decline an order for any legitimate reason after it has been submitted.

Additional verification or information may be required before an order is accepted or processed.

Payment is generally collected at the time an order is placed unless otherwise stated.

Orders do not necessarily ship on the same day they are placed. In-stock products may require up to 72 hours for processing before shipment. Out-of-stock, special-order, custom-built, manufacturer-direct, and freight products may require additional processing time.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers may request cancellation of an eligible order within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already shipped and is not a special-order, custom-built, or otherwise non-cancellable product.

After 48 hours, orders cannot be cancelled.

Once an order has shipped from Strictly Business Motorsports LLC, a manufacturer, supplier, or vendor, it cannot be cancelled. A request made after shipment will be treated as a return and will be subject to the applicable Return Policy, including any applicable restocking fees and shipping charges.

Special-order and custom-built products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their order, invoice, vehicle information, product selection, quantity, and shipping information before completing their purchase.
